Hi! Welcome to my blog!
To start with heres a bit about myself, I’m David, a 31 year old enthusiast, living in the north of the country. I’ve had a keen interest in roller coasters and theme parks for many years, having started my journey at Bottons Pleasure Beach in Skegness when I was around 11 years old! I still remember riding Queen Bee and Storm over and over again on the £10 wristbands they used to do!
My partner Tracy also lives up here in the north and always accompanies me on our trips to theme parks as she shares a very similar interest in them, as shes had previous experience at various theme parks in Florida. Though we genuinely ride most things together, she isn’t quite the thrill seeker that I am and i regularly have to test the waters first!
This will be a deep dive into my mind and opinions on theme parks and attractions, focusing mainly on what we have here in the UK, and going further afield eventually!
I decided to have a go at blogging to put my thoughts and opinions out there and to discuss with myself and others what I like and don’t like. Following on from this, I’d like to have a go at ranking roller coaster, attractions and theme parks in lists of my own!
